Highly recommended for ghost lovers
The food was beyond amazing, Chris prepared gourmet breakfast each morning that made it hard to start our day. I also had strange happenings both nights that added a thrill to the experience, like loud footsteps outside my door.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but worth every penny.

Charming stay with delicious breakfast
I recently stayed for one night and absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere and warm hospitality. The room was spotlessly clean, and Chris, the owner, prepared a delightful breakfast that fueled my day. Plus, waking up to the view of the Mississippi River was a highlight! The only drawback was the shared bathroom being a bit small.

The breakfast was amazing with homemade pancakes and great vibes. The location is perfect, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. The room was cozy with a comfy bed and clean shared bathroom. Plus, there are friendly cats around that add a homey touch. Enjoyable atmosphere with a fireplace too.

The breakfast was AMAZING—fresh pancakes that melted in your mouth! The quirkiest and cutest kitties around made my stay memorable. Only downside was the bathroom being down the hall. Overall, a lovely experience! 😊

charming stay with a few notes
We greatly appreciated the prime location. everything we wished to explore was within walking distance, allowing us to stumble upon hidden gems. The breakfasts prepared by Chris were delicious and served with engaging history lessons, making each morning special.
The soundproofing could use improvement, as we occasionally heard noise from other guests.

The stay featured delicious pancake platters for breakfast and a host eager to share the history of the area, enhancing the experience. The charming Victorian furnishings add character, though the small shared bathrooms may require some planning. Additionally, the charming kitties on the property provide a homey touch but could be an issue for those with allergies. While the location is conveniently close to downtown, the steep walk back up serves as a workout.

The breakfast here is a real treat—homemade pancakes and good vibes. Plus, you can't beat the location, just a stroll away from some killer spots like Big Muddy BBQ and Becky Thatcher's Diner. The owner is super friendly too, making you feel right at home.
While the charm of the cats adds some character, if you're allergic, you might want to think twice. Also, the shared bathroom setup could be a bit tight for some guests. Those howling cats at night are quite the surprise!

Location was fab! We walked everywhere and found hidden gems. Chris, our delightful host, shared some cool history over breakfast—which was fantastic, by the way.
Honestly, the TV only had one channel—perfect for me, since I’m too posh to watch anyway!

The Queen Room was cozy and had nice pillows and linens, but the bed was a bit soft for my taste. The cleanliness of the room stood out, and there were friendly cats roaming around, which I loved! The shared bathroom was a little tight, though. Overall, a nice spot for a quick stay!
